    Meticulous coupage of the Syrah (50%) and Malbec (50%) grape varieties, from the oldest vineyards of the Campo Martuela and El Casar de La Guardia Martúe estates. Each variety has been fermented separately with long maceration and then the wine remains in French oak barrels for 20 months.

    Meticulous coupage of the Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Syrah (30%) and Petit Verdot (30%) grape varieties, from the oldest vineyards of the Campo Martuela and El Casar de La Guardia Martúe estates. Each variety has been fermented separately with long maceration and then the wine remains in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels for 15 months.

    Made exclusively using Chardonnay grapes from ‘El Casar’ de La Guardia estate.

    78% is fermented in stainless steel vats at a low temperature whilst the remaining 22% fermented in new French oak barrels where the wine matured on yeast lees for two and a half months, with daily batonâge of each barrel. Then the optimum combination of the two wines takes place.

    The jewel of the cellar. Totally made using Verdejo grapes from pie franco vineyards, with manual picking and with vines aged about 100 years old.
